Chapter Philanthropy and Service
The Annapolis Alumnae chapter has a long history of local service and ZTA philanthropic support. We participate with our ZTA sisters locally at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk with the American Cancer society and Crucial Catch games with local NFL teams.
In addition, we always support our local high school football Think Pink event to share the message of breast cancer awareness and education.
Our members also participate in a large number of service projects, including serving meals at the Lighthouse Shelter, regularly giving blood at the American Red Cross, volunteering at an after school homework club, the Appalachia Service Project, the Arthritis Foundation, Children’s House at Johns Hopkins, Habitat for Humanity, Hospice of the Chesapeake, Annapolis Jaycees, the Make a Wish Foundation, Relay for Life, and Special Olympics.
